Bizlinx Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Bizlinx! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions combined with our privacy policy. Please read carefully before proceeding with any transactions or consultations.


1. Consultation Fees

Consultations are offered at a cost of £100, £200 or £300 with a possible additional admin fee dependant on area of consultation. Payment must be made prior to the commencement of the consultation. (Other prices can be given based on the situation of the client)


2. Customer Responsibility and Liability

Bizlinx will provide tailored solutions based on the customer’s needs. However, the customer is fully responsible for implementing and fulfilling the chosen path. Bizlinx holds no liability for the execution or outcomes of the customer’s decisions.


3. Limitation of Liability

Bizlinx is not liable for any choices made by the customer. Our role is solely to provide impartial and non-biased solutions that align with the customer’s needs. The customer assumes full responsibility for the results of their decisions.


4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required prior to the delivery of services. Services will not commence until payment has been successfully received.


5. Non-Refundable Services

All services provided by Bizlinx are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


6. Binding Agreement

Once payment has been confirmed, Bizlinx will send a confirmation to the customer. Upon the customer’s acknowledgment, the agreement becomes a binding contract.


7. Communication

Communication for support and consultations can be conducted via WhatsApp Business for convenience.


8. Impartial and Non-Biased Solutions

Bizlinx ensures all provided solutions and proposed paths are impartial, unbiased, and tailored to meet the customer’s specific requirements.


9. Customer Responsibility for Communication

The customer is responsible for staying up-to-date with communication in the area or section where they require support. Bizlinx is not liable for delays or issues arising from the customer’s lack of communication.


10. At Bizlinx, we prioritise the security and confidentiality of our customers’ data. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to exercise caution when sharing their personal or sensitive information. By choosing to share your data with third parties, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and assume full liability for any consequences arising from such actions. Bizlinx cannot be held responsible for any misuse, loss, or breach of data resulting from your decisions to share this information. We strongly encourage you to carefully assess the trustworthiness of recipients and to take appropriate measures to safeguard your data.


11. Visa Guidance Policy


  • Advisory Role: Bizlinx provides guidance on the appropriate visa routes based on individual circumstances. We connect clients with legal professionals who specialise in immigration matters.


  • No Authority Over Approvals: Bizlinx does not have any authority over visa approvals. All decisions are made solely by the UK Home Office specifically through its division called UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).


  • UKVI is responsible for:

  1. Processing visa applications for entry into the UK
  2. Handling extensions, settlement, and citizenship applications
  3. Enforcing immigration laws and decisions
  4. While legal professionals and consultants can provide guidance, only UKVI has the authority to approve or reject visa applications.


  • Consultation Fee & Validity: The visa guidance and support service is subject to a £300 consultation fee, which is valid for 30 days from the date of payment. During this period, Bizlinx will assist and guide clients through the visa application process.


12. Bizlinx is a networking platform designed to support individuals and businesses by connecting them with professional services and registered companies for tailored assistance. While Bizlinx facilitates these connections, it is important to note that Bizlinx is not a registered estate agent and does not provide financial or legal advice. Our role is to connect you with qualified, registered professionals who can address your specific needs in these areas. We can not guarantee sales and purchases, we simple provide a network of professional that can support in your request making it simpler and stress free for the clients. 


13. Paid Consultation Policy


  • Validity Period: All paid consultations are valid for 14 days from the date of payment. We aim to address all your queries within this timeframe.
  • Client Responsibility: If a client delays in responding to emails or providing necessary information and the 14-day period has elapsed, we will be unable to make further changes or provide additional services without a new consultation fee.
  • Amendments: Each client is entitled to one free amendment to their CV within 24-48 hours of it being created, statement, complaint, visa documents, or any other service provided.
  • Additional Changes: Any further amendments beyond the first free revision will be subject to a £50 charge per change. Amendment window will be 24-48 hours only.


14.  Fraud, Misrepresentation & Misuse of Services

At Bizlinx, we uphold the highest standards of integrity and trust. If we identify any instance of fraud, identity fraud, or dishonesty, including but not limited to providing false information or misrepresenting qualifications or experience, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to all Bizlinx services. In such cases, you will forfeit any payments made, and no refunds will be issued.

Furthermore, we may report the fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities, including the police and identity fraud prevention agencies, for further investigation and potential legal action.

By using Bizlinx services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the consequences of engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or dishonest conduct.


Policy 15: Communication Attempts and Service Termination

Bizlinx will make up to three (3) attempts to contact clients over a seven (7) day period regarding their service (14 days for business on subscription plan). If no response is received within this timeframe, it may result in the termination of the service. This aligns with our no-refund policy, meaning that once a service has been purchased, no refunds will be issued, regardless of termination due to non-responsiveness.


16. We are a online base networking platform for individuals and business.


17.All correspondence and value negotiation between seller and buyer will be through Bizlinx portal.


18. Client Responsibility Policy

At Bizlinx, we are dedicated to providing guidance and support to our clients. However, the success of our assistance relies on the client’s commitment to clear and timely communication, as well as their ability to follow the guidance given. To ensure effective support, clients must actively engage and respond promptly. Failure to do so may limit our ability to provide further assistance.

Bizlinx Gold Privacy Policy & Service Terms

1. Introduction

Bizlinx Gold is committed to providing strategic, creative, and technical support to businesses at all stages of their development. Our services cover everything from social media foundation and growth, merchandising, event execution, brand presentation, and website development, to finalisation of products and services for your approval. This policy outlines how we manage your information and outlines your responsibilities as a client using our services.


2. Brand Development & Final Product Approval

Bizlinx Gold works collaboratively with all clients to ensure their brand identity is properly built and represented. We offer full support in:

  • Building your online presence
  • Running successful promotional events
  • Growing your customer base
  • Developing and launching websites
  • Establishing a professional visual and marketing foundation

You will always receive the opportunity to review and approve final versions of materials and content before they are made public or delivered. This includes—but is not limited to—graphics, branding materials, packaging, websites, and documentation.

Please note:

It is your responsibility to carefully review and verify spelling, grammar, layout, accuracy of details, and formatting across all deliverables. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality, Bizlinx Gold is not responsible for errors that remain in the final approved versions.


3. Monthly Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

For clients on a monthly payment plan, the following conditions apply:

  • You agree to commit to the full term of your contract, as outlined in your agreement.
  • If you choose to cancel your service before the term ends, you will remain financially obligated to pay out the remaining balance for the agreed duration.
  • This policy is in place due to the upfront time, resources, and strategic planning we invest in all projects.


4. High-Quality Delivery & Demographic Targeting

Bizlinx Gold pledges to deliver professional, high-quality materials and services tailored to your business and industry. For new or emerging brands, we also include strategic demographic and industry-specific marketing to help you break into your target market effectively.

We do not make decisions on your behalf. All final approvals are required from you to proceed with any major step, whether it’s product launch, publication, or design finalisation.


5. Delays Due to Unresponsiveness

If services are delayed due to lack of communication or client unresponsiveness, Bizlinx Gold will not be held responsible for timeline extensions or service delays. Projects may be paused until adequate input or approval is received.


6. Use of Electronic Devices (Bizlinx Gold Supplied Equipment)

If Bizlinx Gold supplies any electronic devices (e.g., tablets, laptops, cameras, or POS systems), the following applies:

  • Devices are registered with serial numbers, condition reports, and model documentation.
  • All supplied electronics are insured. Clients are required to read and agree to the relevant insurance policy provided with their device.


7. Data Protection & Privacy

Bizlinx Gold respects and protects your privacy. Any personal or business data you provide—including branding information, contact data, and strategic content—is used strictly for the purpose of delivering our services. We do not share, sell, or distribute your information without your consent.

You have the right to request:

  • Access to the data we hold
  • Corrections to any inaccuracies
  • Full deletion of data upon service termination (excluding records retained for legal or financial compliance)


8. Agreement Acceptance

By using Bizlinx Gold services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and Service Terms document. You agree to the terms outlined and commit to timely communication, approval responsibilities, and payment obligations as part of a collaborative and successful business relationship.
